Fundraising Lead (2 hours / week) – 2

  • Looking for a fundraising lead who can help coordinate the donations related activities.
  • Responsibilities include:
    • Organizing new fundraisers. 
    • Help applying for grants. 
    • Managing existing fundraiser like GoFundMe
  • Experience should include:
    • Establish connections with adults/businesses.
    • Communicating and writing formal emails
    • Handling finances.

Social Media Manager (2 hours / week) – 2

  • Looking for a social media manager who can manage all such media related activities.
  • Responsibilities include:
    • Create promotional flyers and publish on social media channels.
    • Update our social media pages.
    • Edit promotional videos/ photos to post on social media.
  • Experience should include:
    • Graphic design experience
    • Web design and video editing

Outreach Coordinator (2 hours / week) – 2

  • Looking for an outreach coordinator who can contact local services and finds groups to collaborate with us to increase the scope of Brighten A Day Foundation programs.
  • Responsibilities include:
    • Contact local community, schools, and businesses to schedule events.
    • Finding senior facilities, such as nursing homes, assisted living facilities, hospices, and senior centers, that we can work with in your own community and beyond.
    • Getting in touch with other organizations to recruit volunteers.
  • Experience should include:
    • Outgoing personality
    • Sending formal emails
    • Working in a team
    • Having connections with different organizations.
    • Organization skills.
